Not forgetting the multiple golf courses, spa´s and the Salt Lakes of Torrevieja, which provide the only microclimate recommended for problems of asthma, cardiac and arthritic pain as well as the fantastic pink and orange sunrises and opportunities for a glass of wine or sangria for sundowners.

Easy access via the A7 to all the historic and cultural sites of Spain; Elche, Cartagena & Altea are within an hour´s drive, Madrid is only a 4.5 hour drive or 2 hour train journey from Alicante as is Barcelona. Valencia could be visited for the day but then why only a day when you´re living in Spain.
